Urgent: Next Meeting For National VAD Camp (Updated)

Dear Board Committees,

This is command from Mr.Commandant, all Board are invited to attend another meeting for National VAD Camp 2009. Henceforth, Mr.commandant will double confirm the doubts and concern of the meeting on 10th April (Friday).

The details of the meeting:
Time: 8am-10am Aerobic Dance, 10am-12pm Meeting, 1230 to 2pm for lunch and preparation, 2pm-5pm for game test run.
Date: Tuesday (14 April)
Venue: Miri HQ Either Training Room or Conference Room

By the way, not forgetting, there are a number of reminders here:

1. 11 April (Saturday) VAD-57 will have First Aid training at G3102 from 8.00 am-5pm
2. Date TBA (To Be Annouced) all BOD need to go to HQ for test run of the games and practice for aerobic dance.
