Dear all members,
Hows your semester going so far? I believe everyone had been working really hard for assignments, mid terms, reports, and so on. As the fiscal year of 2010 had goes into the corner, VAD-57 would like to hold an election for the new board committee.
The Election is on
- DATE : 22 October 2010 (Friday)
- Time : 12 noon until 2pm
- Venue: G2105, Curtin University Sarawak Campus
Below are the list of the positions of the VAD-57
- Commandant
- Vice Commandant
- Quartermaster
- Secretary
- Vice Secretary
- Treasurer
- Vice Treasurer
- Director [Head Section Leader]
- Assistant Director [Assistant Head Section Leader]
- Section Manager (Administration)
- Assistant Section Manager (Administration)
- Section Manager (First Aid Duty)
- Assistant Section Manager (First Aid Duty)
- Section Manager (Information Technology)
- Assistant Section Manager (Information Technology)
- Section Manager (Training)
- Assistant Section Manager (Training)
For your information, we are using democracy system in the election, therefore the election will be fair. Meanwhile for Commandant and Vice Commandant position, I have selected 3 candidates as the person who hold these 2 positions are crucial and need to have certain level of knowledge about Red Crescent. So, your vote will decide who is the future Commandant and Vice Commandant of VAD-57! Let me announce their name to you guys
