ANNOUNCEMENT of Trainning, Meeting and Dinner for Committee Members on 21th November

There would be a training, meeting and dinner for committee members.

Date: 21th November 2008
Venue: HQ MRC
Time: 9am - 5pm
training: 9am ~ 12:30pm,
lunch: 12:30pm ~ 2pm,
meeting:2pm ~ 5pm,
after that is dinner time

- VAD camp 2009 (change of plan)
- RC banner
-T-shirt
-Health & Safety Month
- Installation ceremony
- Fire drill
- Social work/visit
- Open day 2009
- Blood donation
- etc

*Transportation is not provided and we need to go to HQ by our own. Thus, please arrange your own transportation. *

*Please let me know, who is coming and who is not coming.

*All committee members are encourage to come. thank you and good luck in final exam. ^^
