Attention

Dear All (specifically to All O.C.)
A reminder over here, kindly note that the IT department is not obliged in promoting/ designing poster for all the events that are to be carried throughout the semester. However, WE are willing to help out. You can request for help by email-ing

Please include the details of the event you are in-charge of when email-ing us. Some of the crucial details are as follow:
1. Date
2. Time
3. Venue
4. Fees
5. Additional details
Of course if YOU have got other info such as agenda of the event (ice-breaking session, refreshment etc), transportation, booth registration, contact number of person-in-charge etc. or special tagline to be included, you could state it in the email too.
P/s: Please note that, without providing the basic details, the IT department won't proceed in the poster making and blog updating. Bear in mind, it is your responsibilities to approach us for help.
