Soon, our VAD 57 will be joining the Exploring Humanitarian Law (EHL) Camp organized by the The Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) Sarawak Branch jointly with MRC Miri Chapter!
And here's the fun part: 30 members of our VAD 57 are given the opportunity to join this once in a lifetime experience!!

Date: 26th - 28th August, 2011 (Friday to Sunday) Venue: MRC Miri Chapter HQ

Why should we join this camp?
EHL camp is packed with activities that allows youths (which is us) to learn the basic concepts of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) which is practiced by countries all over the world in order to keep our nation in peace and harmony. This camp will let us express our creativity as well as increasing and polishing our experience and knowledge regarding the law that protects us as a human.
What will we do in this camp?
There are lots of programs for the participants of this camp whereby some of it includes:
Brainstorming,
Group discussion
Expressing opinions based on stories and dilemmas,
Role playing (acting on the related scene to learn about the situation better ),
Video and photos presentation
Writing, reflecting and interviewing
